Processing & Production

• All cabinets are handmade to order. Standard processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks prior to shipment.
• Processing times may vary based on order volume, availability of materials, or other circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order is shipped and tracking information is provided, our responsibility is fulfilled.
• We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, labor strikes, customs processes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• If tracking indicates that a package has been marked as “Delivered” or “Out for Delivery,” we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for delays, misdeliveries, or theft. Customers must file claims directly with the shipping carrier.
• Signature confirmation may be required for certain high-value shipments at our discretion.

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of damage or defect.
• Customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery if an item is received damaged or defective. Clear photographic evidence of the damage, including packaging, must be provided.
• Approved claims will result in either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, materials may already be in production and cancellation requests may be denied.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days with photographic evidence.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged packages will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• All personalization details are used exactly as submitted by the Customer.
• Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all custom information (e.g., names, dates, or design details).
• We are not responsible for errors in personalization resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mountain Man Dartboard Cabinets shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Privacy Policy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely to fulfill your order, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations (such as tax reporting).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order.
