Processing Times

• All dartboard cabinets are handmade to order.
• Current processing time is 2–3 weeks before shipment.
• If we anticipate significant delays (for example, due to material shortages or high demand), we’ll contact you right away.

Shipping Estimates

• Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary by location.
• Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
• International orders (if applicable) may take longer due to customs processes.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Once your order leaves our workshop, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. Please note:

• Delays may occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, labor strikes (such as the 2024 Amazon strike), customs holds, or other unforeseen events.
• These delays are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
• We will provide tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” or “Out for Delivery,” we are unable to issue refunds for delays or misdeliveries.
• If your order appears lost in transit, contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
• For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation at delivery.

Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping (Optional Section – remove if you only ship U.S.)

• Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and import duties.
• We are not responsible for customs delays.
