Custom & Personalized Orders

• All products are custom made and built to order.
• Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
• Please review personalization details (names, dates, designs, etc.) carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellation requests may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• To process a claim, we require photos of both the product and the packaging.
• Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized cabinets
• Items on sale or clearance
• Gift cards

Refunds (If Applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
• Mountain Man Dartboard Cabinets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
