Orders & Customization

Q: How long does it take to make my cabinet?
A: All dartboard cabinets are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Q: Can I customize my cabinet?
A: Yes! We offer custom designs, personalization, and proofs before production. Please double-check all personalization details when placing your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have begun, and cancellations may not be possible.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Q: What if my package is delayed?
A: Shipping delays can occur due to weather, postal service disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Once your order leaves our workshop, delays are the responsibility of the carrier. We’ll provide tracking so you can follow your package.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because all cabinets are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Q: What if my cabinet arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you on a replacement or resolution.
